After graduating from college, Sanders returned to New York City, where he briefly had a variety of jobs, including Head Start teacher, psychiatric aide, and carpenter.
He first ran for office in 1971. He graduated college in 1964.
Gosh, I wish he'd been a regular polishticizn and gone to law school to con the electorate or he could have been a repetitively bankrupt businessman, conning and stealing from the government over and over.
Gosh...those "jobs" would be so much better...NOT.
