Soleimani considered himself not bound by the rules of war of International Law, nor by the Geneva convention he was a destructive engine which launched the Quds supply of IED components throughout the middle east, which resulted in the deaths and maiming of thousands of US military personnel and NATO allies.
Kudos to US Intel in Iraq whose work put an end to a nefarious sub human enemy of mankind and don’t forget everybody, it was a two-fer.
