charge with utterly no merit what so ever. Basically the Democrats are trying to manufacture a scheme that Congress has some sort of mythical super authority over our Government.

Based on this ridiculous claim they could impeach Supreme Court Justices any time they over turned a Congressional act. By ruling against the act of Congress the Justices would be guilty of this mythical “Obstruction of Congress”
