while their father was mayor of Baltimore. 11 and 13 year old girls were repeatedly raped over a week in an apartment in Baltimore in 1953. Franklin was her brother, another brother Thomas was Baltimore mayor from 1967 to 1971.

All charged were acquitted.

Makes “How dare you attack my Catholic faith!" kind of a joke.
