I guess with that you could always say what if the moon is made out of cheese? or what if it really does literally rain cats and dogs.
The reason people shopped black friday is because the deals were good. To say they have no chance of buying any other time is, well, I won't go there. It's not true however. I have to go to the store a couple times a week and people are buying hundreds of dollars of food, clothes and toys. These are not wealthy families either. So, yes, they do have chances to buy other times. Job wages are going up. We are seeing an increase in hourly wages, people are able to afford more stuff. Even people who are getting paid lower wages it's because that's what the job pays and it's more than when they didn't have jobs and got paid nothing.
