intimidated in the least. You might want to research what exactly constitutes witness intimidation. I don't think picketing outside the guy's hotels rises to witness intimidation. Unless someone told him about it while he was testifying and it actually bothered him, it didn't seem to have an effect on his testimony He did a great job and was a terrific witness.
