got Zelensky to agree to investigate the Bidens. He was also putting off the all important meeting at the White House, which Zalensky very much wanted. The president said there was no quid pro quo but then asked for certain conditions to be fulfilled before the aid and the meeting happened, which IS a quid pro quo.
