because apparently he can, and has known to, do a lot of harm to them and/or their chances for reelection. His rallies have gotten his base so pumped up with lies that a great many people feel he can do no wrong. They are sadly mistaken. If he remains president for 4 more years, our Democratic republic may be in a shambles by the time he is through. I applaud the whole idea of the impeachment process. While it may not be able to unseat him, it may give enough people pause to not vote for him again. I pray that more Republicans grown "some" and start standing up to him.
