Thatcher privatized the utilities, allowing the citizenry to buy 200 share/citizen, before going public. We made some money that way back in the 80’s. (I am not a citizen, but my husband is, so we were allowed to buy the maximum for one person). She was a godsend to the people who were and now still are, thanks to the policies of the Labour PMs who came after her, shackled to Socialism.
Margaret Thatcher did one thing Hillary will never do - win an election to lead a country.
Hillary is also one thing Margaret wasn’t - a sore loser.
I’m guessing that Golda Meir isn’t mentioned either.
