30 years ago I started keeping a journal of all the democrat and republican slams in TV, movies, and newspapers. I thought I would make some sort of report or study on it, before I realized no one would publish it.
I had hundreds of anti-GOP comments in nearly every media.
I had only one anti-democrat, and that was a mild one at that.
(it was a Simpsons episode, where Bart and Lisa needed to use Grandpa’s name to get paid for writing ‘Itchy and Scratchy’ episodes... They asked Grandpa if he didn’t wonder why he stated getting checks in the mail- he said “I thought it was because the democrats were back in charge” )
