premise that immigrants will support expansive government and gun control because of the cultures they come from? Or is that just an idea off the top of your head. How can you claim something like this without proof of it? Once immigrants become productive citizens, they'll be paying taxes too; and I don't think they'll want to pay more taxes to support big government any more than we native citizens would want to. They may be more amenable to gun control though because of the violent places that might have come from, or NOT. That one's up in the air.
