You can cover as many people as you want. But the question is, who's going to provide the care? I don't think primary care physicians are going to eagerly donate their time and money taking care of anyone.
So...that thingy that leftists don't want to acknowledge called rationing will take place, and there'll be long lines that'll make the DMV lines look like you're next in line at a supermarket.
