There was interest, and I did research the question and found a few possibilities for an answer but was wondering which constitution you were specifically referring to. That's why I asked. Sorry you mistook politeness for being snide. Maybe it was the formal nature of my remark. "Care to say" is a bit old timey. Maybe I should have said "can you say which country's constitution were you talking about?" But, care to say was shorter, quicker, and more to the point. Sorry my writing style was off putting to you.
