I've been following your story on Go Fund Me closely, but the details keep changing so I'm getting a little confused. I doubt that people are deliberately shunning you, they probably just don't have any money to donate. I work full time and have a doctor bill to pay and 2 routine maintenance items pending on my car that will be expensive but for me I don't think a Go Fund Me Account is an option. I notice that the amount of money you need keeps going up. Just a thought, but maybe you could top it at 10K and put some of the extra in savings for emergencies, then you would not need to continue asking for money. I'm sorry the driving jobs didn't work out but I saw one lead you posted for a full time housekeeping job that you seemed excited about. Surely there are some part time clerical jobs in your area, hospitals generally need medical record staffing even if it's on a temp basis. Maybe you could tutor or read to kids at your local library, maybe since you already have pets you could pet sit or walk people's dog, there must be something you can do that doesn't involve driving for a living. Again, I'm just trying to help, I'm keeping you in my prayers. Oh, and apply for SS well in advance of your birthday, it takes about 3 months to process a claim.
