You can feel insulted or not, but someone is not going to change what they believe because it is offensive to someone else. We are also afforded the freedom of speech, which is what the OP is exercising. We each have the right to believe what we choose and to express it. Why are you telling the OP that it isn't right to post that message?

Jane Doe is a Christian. If you are not a Christian, your respective statements about what each of you believes will contradict the other's. Since your beliefs contradict a Christian's belief (and therefore might insult that Christian), does that mean you should not post it? Of course not!

As for the OP discounting people who don't share the same beliefs, I think the OP was doing the very opposite by sharing how much God loves each and every one of us, and He is the answer to our condition of sin. That is the opposite of insulting or discounting.
