well.

Thank goodness. It would have been terrible and such a loss to see it engulfed in flames. As it was, it looked like it was pretty much surrounded by the fire. I know there are worse things that can happen but it really would have been very sad and very bad IMO! We went there before Air Force One was put on exhibit there and I always wanted to go back before we moved away from CA but we didn’t make it. A world of difference in the setting around that library and the Nixon one in Whittier that had beautiful gardens and fountains...too much wild brush around the Reagan one.
