How do you know how "close" the loaded gun was, IF it was.

He NEVER identified himself creeping around behind her house...

For gawd's sake...THE FRONT DOOR WAS OPEN...grow up and become a police officer BEFORE you pick up the gun, and WALK IN THE FRONT DOOR.

Y'all want everybody to have guns for self protection, but she was holding one in her own house and executed by the police....and that's okay. Wonder what everyone's reaction would have been if she had shot the prowler?
