Pr. Brunson is exactly right. We have to prepare spiritually, intellectually and emotionally.
Read the stories of men and women who’ve been persecuted. Study their lives and response to the persecution. It’s not to say that it will completely prepare you for what’s to come, but you will have some knowledge about the evil one’s ways.
