It's a well known tactic he uses by creating another crisis to take attention away from something that's going on that he doesn't want to deal with or wants to take attention away from. He does it all the time. That's why he loves Twitter because he can cause all kinds of mischief there to take attention away from things that are important. Best to ignore most of what he says there This time, though, putting the Kurds, who are American allies, in peril by pulling out support troops was a little too much to bear. Even Republicans spoke up to get him to reverse what could have been a disastrous move. Just goes to show the man does not listen to the experts who know more than he does, because he thinks he knows it all, NOT.
