I wanted to use evening primrose oil but was a bit hesitant as I read on a website that a possible side effect was seizures. We know these companies have to emphasize anything that might happen. I called my doctor to ask her because I'm on Wellbutrin, she said it was fine. So I'm using that up after the sea buckthorn capsules are finished. I will probably go back to those as well after the primrose is finished.

The supplement I first started using is sea buckthorn oil. I like it. It's a bit pricey but if I can afford it I will continue using it. It's also good for dry eyes as we get older.

I'm guessing any good quality natural plant oil product might work, but that's my own humble opinion.
