Delivery people are being paid a full wage for doing their job. Now wait staff is a different story, as their hourly rate is reduced in most localities so they depend on tips to bring their wage up. I'm in my 70's and grew up in an upper middle class family in New England, and I've never seen anyone here tip delivery people, plumbers, electricians, etc. Do you know how much some tradespeople make? Way more than most of us.
