I've had some symptoms that could be a sign of MS such as optical nerve inflammation (it was bad), headaches, horrific migraines, tingling, and some foot spasms. But ultimately I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder/not MS and I had lots of reactions to different kinds of foods, often feeling them in my head more than other places. I ended up totally changing my diet to Paleo and that helped me a lot, most symptoms are gone. Check out Dr. Terry Wahls, she has a nutrition program for MS, books and cookbooks you can do on your own. I've never had a brain MRI and not planning on getting one, no health insurance but I would not be surprised if it showed something.
