Has you doctor considered Sjogren's or Addisons? - I have muscle tics all the time

but I have severe adrenal fatigue/Addison's. I am taking hydrocortisone to add back in what my poor glands can't produce. It sounds like your doctor is listening to you and trying his/her hardest to find the cause. Try and stay calm.
