Yes, the NP at the neurologist checked. - Anon

B12 right at the outset, and B12 is in a good range. I had extensive blood work and testing for all sorts of disorders. The symptoms have to be related to the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis pretty much. The last time I was at the neurologists, we added a few more new symptoms. Each time I go, we are going to add some more symptoms until we get to the point where they approve the darn brain MRI. I take water aerobics with a young woman who has a progressive, debilitating neurologic disorder (can't remember the name), and she said it took them 2 years to come to a diagnosis. She actually had to go outside her health insurance network and go to Boston to get the help she needed. Now that costs extra money. When I renew my Medicare in the fall for next year, I may upgrade my plan to be able go out of network. It will cost me more but I might have to do it. Thanks for your response. It makes me feel a bit better to have had someone to talk with.
