Salary v. Hourly issue - Sm

Not his fault if they can't manage their time. I've been in those field offices. Varying degrees of abilities and it would be impossible to pay based on hourly. Those people are extremely passionate. They work way too many hours. They should just go home. Utilize the legions of volunteers.

What interests me more is the subterfuge of campaign turning on itself. That could be a problem. Very possibly the DNC has found a new infiltration.

"Field organizers, often 20-something-year-olds who uproot their lives and spend long days on the front lines of the campaign, are paid a set annual salary of $36,000, while interns and canvassers make $15 an hour and bargaining unit deputies rake in $100,000 a year, according to the collective bargaining agreement."
