and all the other things you said. We are not turning into a communist country. Our fathers (mine any way) fought against Nazis/fascists, not communists. Russia actually fought with the allies in Europe during WW II. Dems are trying to help solve the immigration crisis at our southern border but are being roadblocked in many ways by the Senate Republicans. Trump actually made the southern border crisis worse by eliminating humanitarian aide to central American countries sending so many immigrants north as a result. Research that, and you'll see. So, until we can all work to get a handle on immigration, we still need to treat people humanely. I'm not saying we need to check them into the Hilton, but basic care, food, and having their health needs met while at the border is absolutely necessary and the right thing to do. We especially should not rip kids from their parents and then proceed to abandon them and their care at substandard facilities.
