There are 500+ agencies in place to help people that need it - BEFORE OBAMACARE, but many people refuse to do what they need to do to apply for the help.
Companies also have many assistance programs in place to help those in need.
I am associated with a free clinic in my area that does everything from help people find food, housing, free medication, health care, transportation....ALL IN PLACE BEFORE OBAMACARE AND PRIVATELY FUNDED.
They do not charge ANY patient a single penny for any of the services.
