drove into her head-on, jumped out and ran away. She has 2 broken legs and a broken wrist, and her car was totaled. Her parents will receive FULL reimbursement for the hospital and rehab through a law that’s in effect in Houston to help pay hospitals for crime victims. Maybe along the same lines?
