in politics and even though he has always been a shady businessman and talked about women like he did, people fell for his con job on how he was going to "fix" America. We've now had close to 3 years of his lies and people are waking up and realizing what a disgrace he is to the office, so I think polls are a lot more accurate now.
People who didn't believe him may still be "whining" in your eyes, but what the polls are showing is that it's more than the whiners that don't like him. It is people who did vote for him who are realizing they made a mistake.
