Healthcare for All---not just a few - Medicare For All

Posted: May 26th, 2019 - 8:31 am

This begs an overall question of providing healthcare for all.   This is incrementalism at its worst, profession by profession, disease by disease?  I wonder if it covers only cancers known to be related to fighting fire or if it excludes people with strong genetic predisposition regardless of their fire fighting.  What if you develop cancer after leaving the job?  Many cancers are diagnosed well after seemingly unrelated symptoms appear and would disable from that job.  Who bears the responsibility for  Claim and proof?  Do you submit to genetics before hire to include/exclude?  Lynch syndrlme?  What  a cluster. (Pun intended)   A whole lot of money to be made administering, complying with and denying claims.  Smdh.
