It is the opposite of liberal fascist which is a term coined by conservative pundit Jonah Goldberg in his book "Conservative Fascism." It is a political theory that modern liberalism has roots in fascism. The opposite theory of conservative fascism is that conservatives roots are based in good old-fashioned fascism, therefore, they are conservative fascists. Keep in mind that both these ideas are theoretical, which means that they are just "ideas" and may not be actual things/people.
