This is getting ridiculous. Basically, I had to call the insurance directly and found out they had approved the MRI on May 1st. Up until yesterday, May 6, the doctor kept saying it was not approved.
So, after hearing of the approval I call to schedule the MRI at the hospital and they cannot schedule it because the doctor ordered it wrong. Apparently it has to be done with and without contrast and she only ordered with contrast.
So sick of the run around!
