He is POTUS and the 1924 law, though obscure, clearly allows the congressional committee access to his returns. Everyone should care because of his questionable foreign policy decisions and whether they are good for the country or good for Trump. Is he supporting Saudi Arabia because he owes them money? Does he keep praising Putin because he owes him money?
