in numbers I would say is Trump's fault. He threatened to close the border (but now he's denying he said that) so they want to get here before that happens. I have read many articles that different groups of volunteers are helping keep the caravans together for their safety and helping along the way to perhaps seek asylum in Mexico but the only place I've seen them being "paid" is in right-winged rags. You should wake up. The conditions in these countries are deteriorating more and more and people are desperate to get out.
