to the way Ms. Omar expresses her ideas. She seems to use as few words as possible to make her point, and I'm not sure she is intentionally trying to be insulting. She does not always express her thoughts clearly, and this leaves a lot of room for misinterpretation and for people to "read between the lines" and bestow a lot of nefarious interpretations to her words. In a way, I think she is just trying to be cautious to not say too much and maybe say the wrong thing. It may be a personality quirk or a cultural thing. Whatever it is, it doesn't seem to be working for her. She really does need someone on her staff to work with her when she puts out any statements to make sure they are clear, concise, factual, and not open to misinterpretation. Let's just say, she's not the best communicator in the world and could use some help. I'm not saying I like or support her or not, just that she's new to the whole political game, and maybe she'll improve in time.
