Doesn't sound like it, otherwise you would know this is a false statement. When people ARE TOLD WHAT THIS WILL DO TO THEIR TAXES - support drops significantly. And when they are told it will cover ILLEGAL ALIENS, RESTRICT ACCESS TO DOCTORS, RESTRICT CARE, TO NAME FEW. support drops further still.

Pretty sure you already knew you statement was misleading and did not care- SM
