net neutrality, which the Pubs took away? How big is this so-called "massive tax" on our Internet Service?? The article doesn't seem to explain that. I know without net neutrality, ISPs can charge higher fees for faster service at their whim, slow down speeds when they feel like it, and mess with our fees any way they feel they want to. I think having net neutrality back would be preferable. So fees will be fixed and predictable.
