You said it "dictatorship" and that is exactly right. His subjects do not get how dangerous he is and think he is funny. I wonder how many people thought that about Hitler? They are either brainwashed or honestly don't care to try and figure out why the things he says are dangerous. They laugh at him. I hope one day they aren't crying and in pain because of their blindness.
