tells us that he rules based on his racist and political bias and not on the Constitution or the law.
I think this violates the code of professional responsibility... If a lawyer said this about a judge they could definitely be sanctioned.
We cannot have an enduring divided society due to diversity. We will balkanize and be at war with each other.
Soon, Polish American heritage judge allows all Poles to go free. Latino judge is hard on all but Latinos who will get probation. Black lawyers refuse to accept sentencing by any white judges and go to appeals court for all.
Instead of asking Geico or Progressive for the best insurance deal around, lawyers will judge shop and insist on the prejudiced judge of their client's ethnicity or the deal is off. Women will demand women judges and women jurors.
