Endometriosis - wondering

Does anyone have a diagnosis of endometriosis? How was it diagnosed? What were your symptoms?

I finally made an appointment with my doctor tomorrow. I have been having pelvic pain and rectal pain and very painful periods. Also, cramping throughout the month and painful urination. I'm sure I missed some symptoms but those are the big ones.
