Mueller intentionally gave the Left an out. What Mueller did was no different than saying there was not enough evidence to prove President Trump beats Melania, and there is not enough evidence to prove that he doesn't beat Melania.

What Mueller gave the Left was a tautology which they have proceeded to twist into a new clarion call.

Not that it will make a difference, but Dershowitz pointed out that if there is no crime, then there can be no obstruction. This fine point of law seems to have been ignored by everyone on the Left.
