It seems that Tucker Carlson, as well as Saritha Prabhu, does just that. He frequently invites guests with opposing view onto his show. When they say something he agrees with, he says so. There is no "he's a liberal, so there is no way I will ever openly agree with anything that comes out of his mouth" mentality. There are lots of people who would benefit from adopting his policy of listening objectively to the other side and identifying the points on which he agrees and citing the reasons why he doesn't agree on other points. It's called intelligent discourse.
