You cannot invoke the 25th amendment because you hate someone. GC is not a physician. In fact nobody else except President Trump's physician can make that kind of statement.

Trying to get the 25th amendment passed solely based on the fact that you hate someone is not going to happen.

Besides, it looks like GC is not mentally capable of even being a lawyer.
