Trump. Just as Obama emboldened the blacks to act out in radical ways, the white supremacists feel emboldened by Trump's rhetoric. Of course he's not telling them to go out and commit crimes or acts of terrorism, but these nuts are becoming radical because of the rhetoric he touts constantly. In Charlottesville, he just couldn't say that the white supremacists were the scum they were and had to say there are good people on both sides. To these nuts, that opened the door to believe, whether justified or not, that Trump supports them.
