Also read the sample sizes. Also, non-citizens does not always mean "illegals." They can collect for their "legally born" children but illegals cannot get welfare.

I do believe illegals should not get any benefits and they do get some, and many of the laws need changing, but this study is misrepresented in a lot of ways.
