Yep, somebody studied cow farts, a very long time ago, and it has been so funny ever since---all the way through the ozone hole, global warming (we dumbed it down for them, and called it "climate change" cuz they kept bringing in snowballs). At least we got scrubbers on the coal power plants and decreased the acid rain. The EPA did a lot of good in the 1980s, so much so, that no one remembers those conditions and they are ready to go back in for more for the almighty $$$$. Avarice and greed anyone?
