Healthcare for all would be nice and has been very successful in a lot of other countries. It just depends on how it is done. But the fact is many in this country don't do real research by looking at actual countries and how their health systems work.
I've heard Trump and the pubs talking about the ACA in a "death spiral" yet with some changes made, it is actually growing in popularity and helping more people and as time goes on, rates will most likely go down more. This came about under Obama's leadership, Trump has done some tweaking and maybe with time more tweaking will be done and it will be a good thing as it was meant to be. You don't really hear Trump or the pubs talking about gutting it much anymore so that is a good thing.
Since only "legal" Californians can vote for candidates that point is moot.
