deflection from investigations against him and his shady dealings. Whenever something comes out about him, he quickly comes up with some emergency thing to take away the heat from him. It has become a pattern with him. He gets his supporters so focused on the "national crisis" that they don't pay attention to stuff he has done. The thing is, Mueller doesn't give a hoot about any of it as he and his team quietly seek the truth.
