It almost seems like an SNL skit. Also, I was looking for info on the video, but did not see much. How do you know that young woman was a graduate student at USC?
I realize not everyone is a great public speaker. At the very minimum, though, it is a good idea to have your main ideas written down. In this video, her communication skills are so poor, you can't even determine what points she is trying to make. She also makes some claims that are so out there that I wondered if she was goofing on the council or if she was on some kind of drug.
"On the east coast, they have slaves, and they believe in slavery and 'made in China'..."
Most of this is incoherent. I pray to God this was not a sincere expression of her viewpoint.
