Here is an article about the Toilet Paper Angels that help clean up the parks too.

Why not appreciate the ones that are helping instead of taking a swipe at ones you believe aren't. Just for the record, there are many articles on good things the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts do on a regular basis.
